Senior (2017): Started all 13 games in the defense as a senior…posted eight ground balls and three caused turnovers…was named the Sunshine State Conference Defensive Player of the Week (2/20) after the team’s win over #8 Adelphi…finishes his career as the program’s all-time leader in caused turnovers (41), games played (53) and games started (53).

Junior (2016): Started all 14 games as the anchor of the defense in his junior campaign…corralled 17 ground balls and ranked third on the team with 12 caused turnovers…had a season-high three caused turnovers in the win at Coker (14-9)…recorded three ground balls in three games.

Sophomore (2015): Started all 15 games in the defense where he had an assist…was named to the All-SSC Second Team…won 17 ground balls and forced a program-record 17 turnovers…tied the program-record for forced turnovers in a game (four) versus Coker (3/10)…retrieved a season-high three ground balls twice against Emmanuel (Ga.) (3/6) and Tampa (4/24).

Freshman (2014): Played and started in all 11 games…recorded his first career caused turnover against Notre Dame de Namur (3/5)...recorded five multi-groundball games…logged a career-high three caused turnovers against Florida Southern (4/2)…logged 16 groundballs as a freshman and caused nine total turnovers…won his first career faceoff against Florida Southern (4/2).

High School: Played three seasons of varsity lacrosse at Cicero-North Syracuse HS where he was named First Team All-League in his junior and senior season…helped the Northstars to a 10-7 record as a senior…was a member of the Central New York Road Hawks where he played three years of club lacrosse.

Personal: Born August 6, 1995…son of Thomas and Michelle McDonald…has a sister named Maggie…wants to be a U.S. Navy SEAL after college…lists his favorite sport as rugby and Marvin Harrison as his favorite athlete…his favorite type of music is classic rock and lists Marshall Tucker Band as his favorite musical act…business administration major.
