Lynn University

Mariana Mazzocca is an accomplished athletic trainer with experience across collegiate and professional sports. Coming to Lynn University in the fall of 2025, she provides comprehensive care for student-athletes, specializing in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and advanced therapeutic techniques. Mariana has completed clinical practicums with Orlando Pride (NWSL), UCF Athletics, and Rollins College, gaining experience in modalities such as dry needling, laser therapy, and VALDÒ force plate testing.

A former team captain and standout student-athlete at Florida Tech, Mariana earned her Master of Athletic Training at UCF, where she received recognition for her research on core-focused movements in athletes. She holds certifications with the Board of Certification (BOC) and American Red Cross, and is an active member of NATA, SEATA, and ATAF. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Mariana is passionate about optimizing athlete health and performance through evidence-based care.
