Eric Dobrzanski joined Lynn University in the Fall of 2021 after 10 seasons as the head women’s soccer coach at Johnson & Wales University (Fla.). Dobrzanski led JWU-North Miami to the most wins in program history and three conference tournament semifinal appearances. He also coached the program’s first NAIA All-American, Conference Freshman Player of the Year, and Conference Player of the Year. He was named Sun Conference Coach of the Year three times (2011, 2014, & 2019), and under his leadership, the Johnson & Wales staff was recognized as the NAIA South Region Coaching Staff of the Year in 2019. In April 2021, Dobrzanski was inducted into the JWU-North Miami Athletics Hall of Fame.

Prior to JWU, Dobrzanski served as the associate head coach at Thomas University (Ga.) for three seasons, and in the summer of 2011, took over as the head coach of the Cayman Islands U-20 Women’s National Team. He led the national team through U-20 World Cup Qualifying, which saw them advance into the second stage of group play.

Dobrzanski earned his Bachelor's of Science degree from Florida State University and a Master's of Arts degree in Athletic Administration from Concordia University-Irvine.
