R-Sophomore (2014): Appeared in 13 games, making four starts…made her first appearance on the pitch in over a year in a 3-0 loss at Armstrong (9/7)…earned her first career start at home against Tampa (9/27) where she attempted one shot…also made starts at Eckerd (10/4) and at home against Saint Leo (10/25) and Nova Southeastern (10/28)…earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

Sophomore (2013): Did not play…medically red-shirted… earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

Freshman (2012): Appeared in four games…made her first career appearance against Quincy (8/31) in the season opener…played a season-high 45 minutes in a 3-0 loss at Florida Southern (10/6)…earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

High School: Attended Western High School where she was a four-year letterwinner in both soccer and flag football…earned MVP, Coach’s Award accolades during her time with the Wildcats…played six years for the Weston Fury Premier club soccer team.

Personal: Born September 22, 1993…daughter of Tami and Scott Thornton…has one sibling; Jacob…business administration major…enjoys playing flag football, hanging out with friends and sometimes enjoying a little Xbox in her spare time…lists Abby Wambach as her favorite athlete, the Hunger Games as her favorite book and Finding Nemo and Tangled as her favorite movies…would most like to visit Italy in the future.
