Senior (2017): Went 3-for-3 with one RBI in the second game for the season against West Alabama (2/4)... followed with a 1-for-3 and one run performance against Shorter (2/5)...
Junior (2016): Started 46 games between infield and outfield…hit .275 with four doubles, five runs batted in, 18 runs scored and four stolen bases…led the team with 16 walks and 11 multi-hit games…opened the season with a four-game hitting streak where she batted .400 (6-for-15)…recorded the first of her two four-hit games against Florida Southern (2/20), going 4-for-5 with a double and run scored…posted her second four-hit outing against NYIT (3/20) with a 4-for-4 performance, RBI and a double…ended the year with a three-game hitting streak against Barry (4/29-30), going 5-for-11 in the series.
Sophomore (2015): Started in 44 games… batted .320 with 48 hits, 12 runs batted in, four doubles, three triples and a .356 on base percentage… had 129 putouts, 68 assists, fielded eight double plays and had a .943 fielding percentage… notched 13 multi-hit and two multi-RBI games… tied for fourth in the SSC in triples (3) and seventh in stolen bases (14)… went 3-for-4 with an RBI versus Palm Beach Atlantic (3/1)… went 4-for-5 with three runs and a RBI against Barry (4/12).
Freshman (2014): Played in 49 games, starting 48… finished the season with a .257 batting average scoring 25 runs with 16 runs batted in…fourth in the SSC in sacrifice bunts with 13… started the season opener at Columbus State (2/2) knocking her first career hit… recorded her first RBI against Lander(2/2)…had a seven-game hit-streak from February 12-23 where she batted .444 over the span… finished the year with nine multi-hit and three multi-RBI games… earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.
High School: Attended Palm Beach Central… made first team All-Conference in 2012… won the Bronco Coaches Award in 2012 and was an honorable mention for All-Area Softball by the Palm Beach Post.
Personal: Born on January 5, 1995… daughter of Maria Vazquez-Rodriguez and Emilo Vazquez… has two siblings; Olivia and Josh… Sports Management Major with a minor in Event Management … list softball as her favorite sport.
