Freshman (2013): Played in seven matches, starting five in an injury-shortened season… averaged 1.59 kills on a .219 clip with .71 blocks per set…recorded a career-high seven kills against Findlay (9/6)… posted a career-best four blocks against Puerto-Rico Mayaguez (9/13)

High School: Attended Monarch High School where she played two years of varsity volleyball for the Coyotes…in her senior year as captain she totaled 290 kills, 156 digs and 57 blocks…was an honor roll student for all four years of high school…was a DECA state qualifier…played one season of varsity tennis…a member of the Colorado Momentum club volleyball team.

Personal: Born June 21, 1995…daughter of Todd Peterson and Paula and Doug Hastings…has two siblings, Evelyn and Bryce…biology major…lists volleyball as her favorite sport…lives by the quote “Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t beat hard work hard”…her favorite music is country and movie is My Sister’s Keeper…would like to visit Europe one day.
