MELBOURNE, Fla. – Lynn University men's soccer senior Michael Knoetzinger was named the Sunshine State Conference Offensive Player of the Week, Monday. 
 
Knoetzinger scored two goals and had one assist last week as the Fighting Knights pushed their winning streak to four matches.  
 
He opened the week with the game-winning goal in Lynn's 2-0 win over Palm Beach Atlantic and he scored for a second time and handed out one assist in a 3-2 win over Tampa on Saturday. 
 
Knoetzinger leads the Fighting Knights in goals (5), assists (4) and points (14) this fall. 
 
Lynn is 5-0-2 in its last seven matches and is second in the league standings. The Fighting Knights close out the regular-season this Friday with Saint Leo at 2:00 pm.
