Jamison Evans each scored in double figures as Lynn lost to Florida Tech, 80-57, Saturday in SSC action.
The Fighting Knights fall to 1-5 overall and 0-3 in the league.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lynn trailed by 11 early in the game before back-to-back three-pointers from Evans and freshman
Nordin Kapic pulled the deficit to four, 11-7
- Evans knocked down another three-pointer at 13:53 as the Fighting Knights trailed 14-10

Rickey Ballard hit three as Lynn trailed 23-20
- A quick 8-0 scoring jolt from the Panthers pushed their lead to 11, 31-20, with 2:02 to play

Noah Kattan hit two free throws late in the half to set the score at 34-25 at halftime
- Lynn narrowed its gap back to eight points, 42-34 early in the second half thanks to an Evans three-pointer and two foul shots from Kapic
- Florida Tech increased its lead to 21 after collecting an 11-0 run that started at 13:11
- Lane hammered home a dunk at 7:38 and freshman
Esteban Lluberes connected on a three as Lynn pulled its deficit to 69-51
- The Panthers slowly increased their advantage to 25 before Lane closed the afternoon's scoring with two foul shots with 1:35 left in regulation

- Lane finished with 19 points to pace the Fighting Knights in scoring
- Evans added 19 points and two three-pointers
- Kapic scored nine points, while Ballard had nine points and a team-best five rebounds
