Box Score 2 Boca Raton – After going down 5-1 in the first game, the Fighting Knights were able to bounce back with strong pitching and hitting to win the second game 9-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED (GAME 1):
- In the first inning, Madison Prickett recorded the first three outs. She gave up one hit and striking out three.
- In the second inning, Prickett added two more strikeouts. Aryana Galioto recorded an RBI as she reached first on an error, driving in the first run of the game. She would also add a steal.
- In the top of the fourth, the Bobcats tied the game 1-1 after a sac-fly.
- In the top of the fifth, Haley Fardanesh entered the game. The Bobcats went on to hit a grand slam to go up 5-1 and eventually win the game.
- Galioto finished 1-3 with an rbi and a stolen base.
- Prickett ended with 4.1 IP, five hits, three runs allowed, and seven strikeouts.
HOW IT HAPPENED (GAME 2):
- In the first inning, Faith Miller opened up the top of the inning with two strikeouts.
- In the top of the third, the Bobcats opened the scoring with a double steal to go up 1-0.
- The Fighting Knights were not phased, however, as they put up five runs in the bottom of the third.
- Morgan Simpson and Lexi Butler both singled and stole bases, then Destiny Torres would hit a sac-fly to score Simpson, tying the game.
- On the next at bat, Janelle Dominguez hit a homerun to put Fighting Knights ahead 3-1.
- Bailey Fernandez and Danielle Pasquariello would each single and get driven in by Miller's double to left field. The inning would end with Lynn up 5-1.
- The Fighting Knights would score again in the bottom of the fifth. Mia Veliz scored as a pinch runner for Fernandez as Pasquariello reached first on an error.
- In the bottom of the sixth, the Fighting Knights added three more runs.
- After Simpson singled and Torres was hit by a pitch, Dominguez's single down the line would drive in a run to put Lynn up 7-1.
- A ground out from Fernandez scored Torres at home adding another run for the Fighting Knights.
- Pasquariello added the last RBI of the game as she reached first on an error again. The Fighting Knights won 9-1.
- Miller is now 3-0 on the season after 5 IP, two hits allowed, one run, and seven Ks. She also hit 1-2 with two RBIs.
- Josey Sumpter who came in relief pitched two innings and added three strikeouts.
- Dominguez went 3-4 with two runs and three RBIs.
- Fernandez went 2-4 with one run and one RBIs.
- Pasquariello went 1-4 with one run and two RBIs.
- Simpson finished hitting 2-3 with two runs.
