HOW IT HAPPENED:
- In the first inning, the Bucs' got off to a quick start scoring their first run.
- The Bucs' extended their lead on a solo home run in the fourth.
- In the bottom of the fifth, Barry put five more runs to go up 7-0.
- In the top of the seventh, Monique Poitevin and Morgan Simpson tallied singles, but no runs were scored in the inning to end the game.
- The Fighting Knights had six hits to the Bucs' three, but could capitalize on scoring.
- Simpson went 2-3.
- Lexi Butler went 2-4.
- Aymee Godmaire went 1-2.
- Poitevin went 1-3.
- Madison Prickett pitched 4.2 innings and allowed seven runs on three hits. She also had four strikeouts with seven walks.
