Box Score Boca Raton, Florida – Despite out hitting Rollins in a great offensive game in which Taylor Scala went 4-4, the Fighting Knights just could not capitalize to put runs on the board.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Tars got up on the Fighting Knights early to start the game. A sac-fly in the first inning put Rollins up 1-0.
- With one on in the bottom of the first, Scala hit a single, her first hit of four. Lynn had two on in the end of the inning, but did not score.
- Madison Prickett added two Ks in the top of the second, her first of her three.
- In the bottom of the second, the Fighting Knights loaded the bases, but could not capitalize. Prickett singled, Faith Miller was hit by a pitch to advance Prickett, and Karlie Sweiderk reached on an error.
- The Fighting Knights finally got on the board in the bottom of the fourth. Danielle Pasquariello was hit by a pitch and later advanced to second. Sweiderk drove her in on an RBI double to right-center, tying the game 1-1.
- The Tars extended their lead in the top of the sixth. Putting up four unearned runs on three hits and two errors, the Tars led 5-1.
- In the bottom of the sixth, Lynn almost loaded the bases again, but an interference call by the ump ended the inning with two on. The Tars eventually won 5-1.
- Scala went 4-4 with a stolen base.
- Sweiderk went 2-3 with an RBI double.
- Pasquariello had the Fighting Knights' one run and was hit by two pitches.
- Prickett went 1-2 hitting. In her 5.1IP she gave up 5 runs, one was earned, and had three strikeouts.
