HOW IT HAPPENED (Game 1):
- The Fighting Knights struck first in game one. After Taylor Scala singled and advanced on a wild pitch, Janelle Dominguez drove her in on a sac-fly.
- The Panthers tied it up 1-1 in the bottom of the first.
- In the bottom of the third, the Panthers extended their lead to 3-1. They added another run in the bottom of the fourth and in the bottom of the fifth to win 5-1.
- Scala went 1-3 with a run.
- Aymee Godmaire and Monique Poitevin went 1-3.
- Janelle Dominguez had the lone rbi.
- Madison Prickett in the loss gave up four earned runs on six hits in 4.1IP.
HOW IT HAPPENED (Game 2):
- The Fighting Knights struck first again in game two. After Lexi Butler and Godmaire singled, Dominguez's RBI single put Lynn ahead 1-0.
- Florida Tech tied it up in the bottom of the first off of an RBI single.
- The Panthers added to their lead in the bottom of the third to go up 3-1.
- Lynn added a run in the top of the fourth. After Dominguez and Faith Miller singled and Danielle Pasquariello walked, a Bailey Fernandez walk drove in Dominguez to trail 3-2.
- The Fighting Knights tied the game in the top of the fourth. With Dominguez and Poitevin walking, an RBI single from Miller to left field tied it up.
- The Panthers would take the lead in the fifth and eventually win 5-3.
- Dominguez went 2-3 with two runs and an RBI.
- Butler went 1-4 with a run.
- Josey Sumpter who started the game, pitched 2.1 innings and gave up one earned run on three hits.
- Miller went 2-3 with an RBI. In her relief effort, she got the loss. She gave up two earned runs on three hits in 3.2IP. She also had a strikeout.
