WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Lynn University Fighting Knight volleyball team remained undefeated on the season with a 3-0 shutout of New Haven on the first night of the Hyatt Place Bash at the Beach at Palm Beach Atlantic.

- Lynn broke a 12-12 tie with four-straight points in the first set behind two kills from senior

- The Fighting Knights opened a 22-18 lead moments later behind kills from graduate

- Lindner smacked a kill late in the set to help seal the 25-21 win
- Trailing 7-4 in the second game, Lynn rebounded with five-straight points for a 9-7 cushion thanks to two kills from Barash and one from graduate
Monica Mazzoleni
- The Fighting Knights trailed by two midway through the second game at 15-13, but they took control from that point on, sealing the 25-16 victory by closing the second set on a dominating 12-1 run
- Lynn trailed just once in the third and final set as New Haven scored the first point for an early lead
- The Fighting Knights collected a 5-0 scoring jolt following the early deficit and later posted eight-consecutive points for a 14-5 lead
- New Haven narrowed their deficit late in the set with a 7-0 run, but Lynn sealed the win with a late kill from Barash and a service ace from graduate
