Bradby, Pulins lead Lynn to victory on Senior Night

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Lynn University women's soccer team won its matchup on Saturday evening, defeating Florida National, 2-1. The Fighting Knights were led by goals from Kayla Bradby and Brigitta Pulins in the non-conference victory. It was the third consecutive win for Lynn, whose record improved to 6-7-1 on the season.

Prior to the game, 10 student-athletes were honored for their time at Lynn as a part of senior night.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Cardona and Lecuona each contributed a shot on target in the first 13 minutes
- The Fighting Knights kept the pressure on, with Crystal Ayn Hagberg and K'La Barnes-Blackwood taking shots before the 25th minute
- Pulins crossed the ball across the box to Barnes-Blackwood, who turned with the ball and found Bradby, who then put the ball in the back of the net to give Lynn a 1-0 lead in the 28th minute
- Less than two minutes later, Florida National equalized on a goal from Andersson from a set piece
- Bradby had a shot saved in the 40th minute, and the Fighting Knights and Conquistadors went into the break tied
- Lynn came out strong in the second half, with Kayleigh Merchant having a pair of shots on frame
- After a handball inside the box from FNU, Pulins stepped up to the penalty spot and gave Lynn a 2-1 advantage in the 57th minute
- Merchant, Pulins and Tyler Vance each contributed shots over a 90 second span starting in the 59th minute
- The Fighting Knights maintained possession and continued attacking, highlighted by a shot on target from Leyla Molina in the 84th minute
- After a tense second half, Lynn secured a 2-1 victory on senior night
