BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Lynn Fighting Knights won their second consecutive game in walk-off fashion as they downed the Young Harris Mountain Lions, 5-4, Friday afternoon. Left fielder
Shawn Dougherty hit a game-winning homer in the bottom of the ninth as Lynn improved their record to 3-1-1 on the season.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Young Harris' Marco Colina led off the game with a home run
- Starting pitcher
Marcus Eusebio rebounded and struck out the side
- The Mountain Lions went up 2-0 in the third inning on an Ethan Stamps single and 3-0 in the fourth inning on a Mark Castle base hit
- Eusebio pitched a 1-2-3 top of the sixth to end his day

John Rodriguez led off the bottom of the sixth with a solo homer
- Second baseman
AJ Orrico drew a walk and later scored on a Dougherty single to cut the Young Harris lead to 3-2
- Dougherty scored on a passed ball to tie the game at three through six innings
- In the bottom of the seventh, Orrico walked, advanced to third on a
Byron Murray double and scored on a wild pitch to give the Fighting Knights their first lead of the game, 4-3
