BOCA RATON, Fla. – The fourth-ranked Lynn University women's tennis team posted their third-straight win with a 5-2 victory over NCAA Division I Drexel, Wednesday morning.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lynn opened the match with wins in the second and third doubles flights
- Freshman Salma Djoubri and sophomore Greta Schieroni posted a 6-4 win over Aida Mendez and Isabel Cabrerizo in the second flight
- It was their first win as a doubles pair this spring
- Senior Giorgia Pigato and junior Barbora Cibakova earned a 6-4 win at No. 3 doubles over Mya Fuentes and Christina Gonzalez
- The duo is now 5-2 with three-straight wins
- Cibakova posted the Fighting Knights' first victory at No. 6 singles, 6-0, 6-2 over Katerina Cummings
- She is now 3-0 this spring in singles
- Pigato collected the team's second singles win with a 6-1, 6-3 victory in the fourth flight over Gonzalez
- She is now 10-3 in singles and 5-1 in the fourth flight
- Sophomore Kristen Younes, the 21^st-ranked singles player in Division II, defeated Cabrerizo 6-2, 3-6, 6-0 in No. 3 singles
- Younes is 10-4 overall and 7-1 in the third flight
- Djoubri, ranked ninth in the country, earned the final point of the match for Lynn with a 7-6 (7-4), 6-4 win over Lorie Lemongo
- Djoubri is 12-2 in singles with four-straight victories
