BOCA RATON, Fla. – The 13
th-ranked Lynn women's tennis team pushed its winning streak to eight games and remains undefeated at Perper Tennis Complex this year following a 4-1 win over LIU, Thursday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Fighting Knights posted wins in the top two doubles flights and dominated their singles matches
- Freshman
Salma Djoubri and freshman
Kristen Younes defeated Victoria Erechtchenko and Elinor Storkaas, 6-4 and the Lynn pair is now 7-0 on the season
- Senior
Giorgia Pigato and junior
Barbora Cibakova posted a 6-1 win at No. 2 doubles to hand Lynn the one point
- Djoubri and Younes dominated their singles matches
- Djoubri defeated Erechtchenko, 6-1, 6-2 at No. 1 singles, while Younes took down Saki Oyama, 6-2, 6-2 in the second flight
- Djoubri is 8-1 at No. 1 singles this year, while Younes has won her last six singles matches
- Sophomore
Zofia Podbiol gave Lynn the win with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Storkaas in the fifth singles flight
