SAINT LEO, Fla. - Sophomore center fielder Leon Paulino hit a grand slam and drove in five runs in Lynn's 22-8 loss to Saint Leo on Friday night. Junior first baseman David Judge led the team with three hits as the Fighting Knights fell to 14-21-1 overall and 5-14 in the Sunshine State Conference. 

HOW IT HAPPENED: 
- The Lions scored five runs in the second inning, led by Zach Benson's three-run homer 
- Saint Leo added five more runs in the third inning as Benson hit a two-run triple in the frame 
- Paulino hit a grand slam in the fourth inning, scoring John Rodriguez, AJ Orrico and Byron Murray, to make it a 10-4 game 
- Judge hit a two-run double in the sixth inning as part of a four-run inning for the Fighting Knights 
- The Lions plated another run in the seventh inning to take a 12-8 lead 
- Saint Leo scored 10 runs in the eighth inning to put the game away, as Benson hit his second home run of the game to lead the way for the home team 

FIGHTING KNIGHT STATS: 
- Lynn's 1-3 hitters in the lineup (Orrico, Murray, Paulino) each scored two runs 
- Orrico's 40 runs scored are tied for second in the SSC 
- Murray walked twice to bring his conference-leading season total to 38 
- Paulino owns a ten-game hitting streak and his 37 RBI this season are tied for third in the SSC 
- Judge posted his seventh three-hit game of the season and leads the team with a .353 AVG 
- Deric LaMontagne had a single and a double and is hitting .366 since March 9th 
- Rodriguez stole two bases to bring his season total to 13 and his 8.2 power/speed number leads the SSC
