BOCA RATON, Fla. – The fourth-ranked Lynn University women's tennis team closed its regular season with a 5-2 win over Rollins, Sunday.

HOW IT HAPPENED: 
- Senior Giorgia Pigato and junior Barbora Cibakova opened the morning's match with a 6-1 win at No. 2 doubles over Kaitlyn Groves Eve Wasil 
- The pair is now 9-2 overall on the spring with seven-straight wins 
- Sophomore Greta Schieroni and freshman Kristen Younes posted Lynn's second doubles win by taking the top flight, 6-1, over Milla Falster and Polina Ligay 
- It was their first win as a team this season 
- Sophomore Zofia Podbiol and freshman Dolores Molina posted a 7-5 win in the third doubles flight over Natalia Collado Cordon and Erin Yaroshuk 
- Podbiol and Molina are now 2-0 as a pair in the third doubles flight 
- Molina kicked off singles play with a dominating 6-2, 6-0 win over Yaroshuk in the fifth flight 
- She is now 8-3 in singles action 
- Schieroni pushed Lynn's score to 3-0 with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Groves in the top flight 
- She is now 12-3 in singles action and the win against Groves is her first of the season in the top flight 
- Pigato collected the fourth win for the Fighting Knights with a 6-4, 6-3 win over Ligay in the third flight 
- Pigato now has 12 singles wins this season 
- Podbiol earned a 6-2, 3-6, 6-1 win at No. 4 singles over Falster. She now has eight singles wins on the season
