BOCA RATON, Fla. – Eleven different players registered a point as the 16
th-ranked Lynn women's lacrosse team closed the home portion of its 2023 regular-season schedule with a 19-2 win over Palm Beach Atlantic, Wednesday. The Fighting Knights are 12-5 overall and 3-3 in the SSC.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lynn outshot the Sailfish 35-8, held a decisive 18-7 edge in draw controls and finished 13-of-15 on clear attempts
- The Fighting Knights jumped out to a 9-0 lead behind an 8-0 first quarter
- Lynn scored seven of its first quarter goals over 5:10 stretch that started at 6:23

Becca Clark and junior 
Lauren Dickson each scored twice during the opening quarter
- The Sailfish scored at 10:42 in the second quarter before Lynn closed the half the four-consecutive goals
- Dickson started the run with a goal at 10:17 and freshman 
Elizabeth Clagett scored with 1:53 showing to close the first half scoring
- Palm Beach Atlantic opened the third quarter with a goal before Lynn closed the contest with the next six goals
- Clagett found junior 
Sydney Hill for the game's final goal with 2:02 to play

Danielle Farinas posted eight points behind three goals and five assists
- Dickson scored three times and handed out two assists
