HOW IT HAPPENED
- Freshman keeper
Brooke Auth saved a pair of shots inside the first nine minutes.
- The Panthers took a 1-0 lead on a goal from Nilsen in the 14th minute.
- The remainder of the first half was a defensive battle, and a save from Auth in the 44th minute helped Lynn go into the break trailing just 1-0.
- Sophomore
Saga Jontoft recorded the first shot of the game for the Fighting Knights in the 55th minute, but it faded just right of the net.
- Florida Tech's lead was doubled in the 58th minute off the foot of Wood.
- Auth saved another shot in the 64th minute.
- Battista put a shot on frame in the 75th minute, but it was saved by the Panthers' keeper.
