WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Riley Casey scored her first goal of the season and
Brooke Auth posted her 12
th career clean sheet in Lynn's 1-0 win at Palm Beach Atlantic, Wednesday evening.
The Fighting Knights' third road win of the season pushes their overall record to 4-5-3 and 2-2-3 in the Sunshine State Conference.
HOW IT HAPPENED:

Juliana Torres nearly gave Lynn an early lead, hitting the crossbar with a shot in the ninth minute

K'La Barnes-Blackwood followed with a shot 19 seconds later that went right of the goal

Brisa Sastre continued Lynn's pressure with a shot at the 11:08 mark
- Auth made her first save of the night in the 15
th minute on a bottom right shot and later stopped a shot in the 35
th minute to keep the match scoreless
- The Fighting Knights responded and scored the only goal of the game less than two minutes later
- In the 37
th minute, a long ball from
Talorie Crafton deflected off the foot of
Calista Cali and Casey collected it and slotted it in the back of the net
- Auth made one more save in the final minutes of the first half as Lynn owned a 1-0 lead at the break

Emma Geiges and Torres took the only shots of the first 28 minutes of the second half

st minute to preserve the 1-0 victorious
