CLEVELAND, Tenn. – Five different players registered four points to lead the #20 Lynn University women's lacrosse team to a 19-14 win over Lee, Thursday. The Fighting Knights are now 2-1 overall this spring.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lynn jumped out to an 11-5 lead at halftime and led by seven goals twice in the second half
- The Fighting Knights outshot Lee 42-19, led 25-12 in draw controls were nearly perfect at 13-of-14 clears

Elizabeth Clagett scored the game's first goal just 39 seconds into action

Elizabeth Tamasitis added back-to-back goals for a 3-0 lead

Diane Dohler and junior
Kristyn Johnson scored to close the first quarter with Lynn up 5-2
- Dohler opened the second frame with a goal and finished the quarter with three goals as the Fighting Knights led 11-5 at intermission

Mallory Jarka scored at 10:14, while sophomore
Olivia Fox and Johnson scored in the middle of the third as Lynn's edge ballooned to 14-7
- The Flames scored five-straight goals to narrow their deficit to 14-12 following the third quarter
- Sophomore
Rebecca Clark posted a had hat trick in the fourth quarter and Clagett scored twice to seal the win for Lynn
FIGHTING KNIGHT STATS:
- Dohler and Clagett each scored four goals
- Clark scored three times and added one assist with four ground balls, two caused turnovers and nine draw controls
- Johnson and Jarka each contributed two goals and two assists
- Sophomore
Isabella Connelly paced both teams with 10 draw controls
- Sophomore
Katelyn Andrews played 45 minutes and goal and needed just one save for the victory
