BOCA RATON, Fla. - The seventh-ranked Lynn University women's tennis team clinched a 6-1 victory over fourth-ranked Saint Leo on Saturday, sweeping all six singles matches. The Fighting Knights are now 9-1 overall and 4-1 in the SSC.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lynn dropped the top two doubles flights as the Lions snared the first point of the match
- Sophomores Salma Djuobri and
Dolores Molina were the only duo for Lynn to win their doubles match-up, 6-4, against Kamilya Shailina and Madelyn Martin in the third flight
- Djoubri opened singles action with a 1-0 win in the top flight after Nicole Dufour retired
- Djoubri remains undefeated in singles at 10-0 overall and 5-0 in the SSC

Deniza Marcinkevica defeated Luzia Obermeier, 6-4, 6-4 at No. 2 singles
- Junior
Greta Schieroni took her No. 3 singles match to three sets against Lavinia Lancellotti, winning 6-4, 5-7, 6-1
- It's her third singles win in a row and she is 5-3
- Sophomore
Kristen Younes picked up her eighth singles win of the season with a 6-1, 6-2 defeat of Shailina in the fourth flight

Jade Marie beat Camila Keller in the fifth flight, 6-2, 6-2 for her seventh singles win
- Junior
Zofia Podbiol closed the match with a 6-3, 6-4 win over Catherine Rabatin
- She is now 4-2 overall on the season
