Alexis Murphy tossed 2.2 scoreless innings and went 1-for-2 at the plate. Lynn is now 12-36 overall this season. Â
HOW IT HAPPENED:Â
- The Sharks took the lead in the top of the third inning on a two-run singleÂ
- Simpson hit a two-out single in the bottom of the third and stole second but was unable to be driven homeÂ
- Three hits, including two bunt singles, helped NSU score three more runs in the top of the fourthÂ
- Three singles in the top of the fifth led to another run and a 6-0 Nova leadÂ

Monique Poitevin led off the bottom of the seventh with a base hit but the game eventually ended on a double play Â
