GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – No. 2 Lynn men's soccer succeeded in its first road test of the 2024 season, defeating Tusculum 6-1 on Wednesday afternoon.
Max Lambertz scored two goals in the route as the Fighting Knights improved to 4-0 in 2024.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Fighting Knights scored two goals within the first six minutes of the match
- Lynn was awarded a penalty kick after a Tusculum foul and Lambertz buried his shot for a 1-0 Fighitng Knight lead at the 4:37 mark
- Just 35 seconds later, Luan Rennstich scored to give Lynn a 2-0 advantage
- The Pioneers responded with a goal at 18:05
- In the 27th minute,
Fabian Vyhnalek took a pass from
Luis Kiefer and scored to give Lynn a 3-1 advantage
