WINTER PARK, Fla. – Four Fighting Knights reached double figures in scoring as Lynn won its road SSC tilt against Rollins 60-53 on Saturday afternoon. The Blue and White led 19-6 through one period but found themselves tied heading into the fourth. The Fighting Knights proceeded to shoot 54% from the field (7-for-13), 44% from three (4-for-9) and 100% at the line (4-for-4) in the final frame to secure the win.

Julia Tucker, the winningest coach in program history, reached her 100
th victory at the helm of Lynn women's basketball. Lynn improves to 9-6 overall and 3-5 in the Sunshine State Conference while Rollins settles at 7-7 and 2-5.

Jess Knight won the opening tip and scored a layup on Lynn's first possession
- Knight scored six of Lynn's first seven points as the Blue and White led 7-0 three minutes into the game

Rachel Romich's bucket gave the Fighting Knights an 11-4 lead with four minutes left in the opening frame

Trinity Mocadlo's three gave Lynn its first field goal of the second quarter for a 13-point lead
- Three straight threes led to a Rollins 9-0 run to cut its deficit to five
- The Tars led by one at the half, 29-28

Danielle Montelbano's jumper gave Lynn a 32-29 advantage with 7:21 showing in the third
- Fiore grabbed an offensive board, got fouled and made both free throws to tie the game at 37
- Tied headed into the fourth, Mocadlo's layup and Chappell's three gave the visitors a 43-38 lead
- Chappell hit another big three for a four-point Lynn lead with 7:22 remaining in regulation
- Montelbano hit a wide-open three to push the Fighting Knights' lead to seven, 51-44
- Montelbano found Hemingway on an in-bounds play for an easy layup with 1:43 left
- After a Tars three, Hemingway responded with a three of her own
- Knight scored a layup on another in-bounds play under the hoop for a 58-50 lead with :38 remaining
- Knight's free throws and a block on Rollins' final shot attempt sealed a 60-53 Blue and White win

- Chappell (6), Knight (6) and Hemingway (5) combined for 17 of Lynn's 22 fourth quarter points
- The Fighting Knights made their last four field goal attempts of the game
