BOCA RATON, Fla. – Lynn men's basketball improved to 14-5 overall and 9-4 in the Sunshine State Conference with an 84-69 win over Tampa on Saturday afternoon.
Leo Beath posted a game-high 29 points and 18 rebounds, leading the Fighting Knights to their 11th win in the last 13 contests.

Jordan Wilkins for a three to give the Fighting Knights a 13-9 lead
- Price and Beath hit back-to-back three-pointers as Lynn's lead reached double digits, 27-17
- Lynn led by as many as 12 points before Tampa closed the half on an 18-6 run to tie the game at 41
- The Spartans opened the half with a three-pointer to take the lead
- The Fighting Knights followed with an 13-0 run, highlighted by six Beath points, including a dunk to finish the surge
- Tampa battled back to within five, 54-59, with 13:48 remaining in regulation
