MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Lynn baseball dropped both ends of its doubleheader against Georgia College on Friday by scores of 11-0 and 7-5.
Leon Paulino homered in the second game while
Mason Tinsley allowed just one run in 6.2 innings of relief.
The Fighting Knights are 4-5 in 2025.
HOW IT HAPPENED (Game 1):

Blake Mayberry led the game off with a base hit as the lone Lynn baserunner in the first inning
- The Bobcats put up crooked numbers in the second, third, fourth and fifth innings
- A walk, error and double led to two GCSU runs in the second
- The home team scored four runs on three hits an inning later
- A three-run homer in the fourth gave the Bobcats a 9-0 advantage

Juan Carlos Camarena led off the top of the fifth with a base hit but was left stranded on second
- The Bobcats hit another homer in a two-run fifth inning
- The Fighting Knights loaded the bases in the seventh but a double play allowed GCSU to preserve the shutout
HOW IT HAPPENED (Game 2):
- Two walks and a single allowed the Bobcats to take a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first
- Six straight batters reached in the bottom of the second as GCSU took a 6-0 lead through two innings

- Down to the final out, Robinson pulled an RBI double to bring Lynn within two before the Bobcats finished the game with a strikeout
