Lynn’s pitching allows just two hits as Robinson’s single seals extra-inning win

AMERICUS, Ga. – Jesse Robinson drove in the game-winning run and scored two more in Lynn's 3-1, 10-inning win at Georgia Southwestern State on Monday afternoon. Cole Fowler went 4-for-5 with an RBI and the Fighting Knight pitching staff combined to yield just two hits as Lynn improved to 6-5 on the year.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Robinson, Fowler and David Judge hit consecutive singles in the top of the first to score the first run of the game
- Starting pitcher Chase Ennis got out of a jam in the bottom of the first, recording a strikeout and a fly out to strand runners on second and third
- Ennis allowed just one baserunner over his next three innings
- The Hurricanes scored an unearned run in the bottom of the seventh to tie the game on a sac fly
- Catcher Juan Carlos Camarena's caught a runner stealing in the bottom of the ninth to end the frame and send the game to extra innings
- Amaris Harrison singled to lead off the top of the 10th
- After Blake Mayberry's sac bunt advanced Harrison to second, Robinson singled up the middle to score Harrison and give Lynn a 2-1 lead
- Fowler followed with his fourth hit of the game – an RBI triple to the right-center gap – for an insurance run
- Reliever Nathan Shane retired GSW in order for the second consecutive inning to seal the 3-1 road win
