INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. –
Maurice Grabowski earned second place in the 50 Free for First Team All-American honors at the 2025 NCAA National Swimming and Diving Championships, Wednesday evening.
Luna Mertins and
Laura Dekoninck were also named First Team All-Americans, placing third and sixth in the 50 Free respectively.
The team of Dekoninck,
Malaika Schneider, Mertins and
Lexi Lundell earned the bronze in the 200 Medley Relay with a final time of 1:39.18 for a Fighting Knight Record.
After Wednesday's events, the men currently sit in eighth place overall with 46 points while the women rank sixth overall with 67 points.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Grabowski claimed the runner-up spot in the 50 Free finals, finishing in 19.45 for a new Lynn record.

- He also tied for first in the prelims with finals winner Tibor Tistan (19.45)
Wednesday morning.
- Mertins took third in the 50 Free with a time of 22.34 in the finals.
- She also had the third fastest time in the prelims with a school record-breaking 22.31.
- Dekoninck came just behind Mertins in the finals for sixth place (22.68).

Ally Webster placed 23rd in the 200 IM Prelims (2:04.51).

Mariele De Santis finished just behind Webster in 25th. (2:05.22).

Max Tsyfarov finished 12th in the 200 IM finals at 1:45.96 for a new school record.
- The team of
Paul Melcer, Tsyfarov,
Vitaly Kostin and Grabowski finished eighth in the
200 Medley Relay (1:26.07) for a new school record.
