MELBOURNE, Fla.- Kamil Geisner was named the Sunshine State Conference Freshman of the Year following a solid season for Lynn. He becomes the second Fighting Knight to be named Freshman of the Year, joining Mohamed Masmoudi (2019-20).
 
The Siemianowice Slaskie, Poland native, capped the season with CSCAA Second Team All-America honors in the 200 Fly (1:46.56)  and 800 Free Relay (6:35.69). The All-SSC Second Team swimmer also placed 18th in the 200 Back at the NCAA Championships.
 
Geisner was also a three-time finalist at the SSC Swim Championships, placing third in the 200 Back (1:45.04), fourth in the 200 Fly (1:46.56) and sixth in the 100 Back (48.27).
