BOCA RATON, Fla. – The fourth-ranked Lynn women's lacrosse team remained unbeaten with a commanding 17-10 victory over Palm Beach Atlantic in their Sunshine State Conference opener.
Kristyn Johnson led the way with seven goals, while
Olivia Fox contributed a hat trick and three assists to guide the Fighting Knights to their 11th consecutive win.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- PBA opened the scoring early, but Johnson responded with back-to-back goals to put Lynn ahead 2-1 with 10:26 on the clock
- The Fighting Knights extended their lead to 5-2 at the end of the first quarter on goals from
Hannah Connors, Johnson and
Elizabeth Clagett
- Fox found the net first in the second period to extend Lynn's lead 6-3 with 6:37 remaining in the half

Angelia Huggins and Johnson added three collective goals in just 1:09 near the end of the half for a 10-4 lead
- Fox closed the half with a goal assisted by Clagett to give the Fighting Knights an 11-4 advantage before the break
- Clagett opened the scoring for Lynn in the third with 13:53 on the clock for an eight-goal advantage, 12-4
- Lynn continued their dominance in the quarter scoring four consecutive goals
- Fox struck at the 7:42 mark with Johnson scoring shortly after, 14-5

Taylor Tobin scored a man-up goal that was assisted by
Heather Titus at 1:52, 15-5
- Johnson closed out the offensive rally with 17 seconds left of the third as the Blue and White led, 16-5
- Palm Beach Atlantic fought back with five fourth-quarter goals, but Johnson's seventh strike, assisted by
Rebecca Clark, sealed Lynn's 17-10 victory
FIGHTING KNIGHT STATS:
- Johnson tallied seven goals, bringing her season total to 53
- She is tied for first place in goals in the nation, while also ranked in the top 10 in goals per game, averaging 4.82 goals per game
- Fox recorded five points, she scored hattrick of goals and tallied two assists
- Huggins and Clagett both had two goals and three assists on the night
- Clagett led the game with five ground balls, bringing her total to 15 in 2025
- Clark and Clagett each had five draw controls
