BOCA RATON, Fla. – Head coach Junior Cadet has announced the 2025 Lynn University men's and women's cross country schedules, featuring three regular-season meets leading into the Sunshine State Conference (SSC) Championship.

The Fighting Knights open the season on Friday, Sept. 5, at the Keiser Flagship Invitational, followed by an evening race on Friday, Sept. 12, at the Bobcat Invitational.

The teams wrap up their regular season slate on Friday, Oct. 3, competing in the FLRunners.com Invitational, hosted by Florida Southern.

Lynn will then turn its attention to the postseason with the SSC Championship, hosted by the University of Tampa, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 25 in Lakeland, Fla.

With a number of key runners returning, the 2025 campaign marks another step forward for the cross country program under Cadet's leadership after a strong showing in NCAA Regionals last year.
