BOCA RATON, Fla. – Trinity Mocadlo scored a career-high 34 points, and a 13-0 run in the second overtime lifted Lynn to a thrilling 75-65 double-overtime victory over Florida Tech on Wednesday night. The Fighting Knights erased multiple late deficits, forced overtime twice and leaned on timely defense and efficient shooting to seize control in the second extra period. Mocadlo delivered key baskets down the stretch, including a go-ahead three in double overtime, as Lynn outscored the Panthers 15-5 in the final period.
The Fighting Knights improved to 10-5 overall and 4-3 in Sunshine State Conference play.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Mocadlo knocked down a corner three for the opening basket
- The Panthers missed their first 10 field goal attempts but the Fighting Knights were unable to extend the lead

Hannah Wentworth stole a pass and drove to the other end for a layup
- Tech used a 7-2 run to close the first quarter and lead by two, 12-10

Katie Tiffan's three-pointer brought the Blue and White within two, 17-15
- Mocadlo hit a three from the wing and then scored inside to tie the game at 24
- Tiffan found a cutting Wentworth for a layup and Deleon's steal led to another Wentworth layup at the buzzer for a 28-26 Lynn lead at the half
- Mocadlo and Wentworth led all scorers with 10 points each at the half
- Wentworth broke a tie with a three-pointer three minutes into the third quarter
- Mocadlo's traditional three-point play put the Blue and White ahead 35-34
- Emily-Jean Glaude's layup finished a 7-0 Lynn run

Angelina Deleon found a Tiffan on a backdoor cut for a layup to close the third quarter with the Fighting Knights ahead by six, 43-37
- Mocadlo was fouled and went high off the glass with the left hand for another three-point play
- Lynn led 51-43 with 4:36 remaining after Deleon's driving layup
- The Panthers made a pair of threes to make it a two-point game, 51-49, with 49 seconds left in regulation
- Florida Tech's and-one gave it a one-point lead with 6.6 seconds remaining, but Mocadlo's free throw sent the game to overtime
- Mocadlo's layup with 1:28 remaining in overtime brought the Fighting Knights within one
- Down four, the Fighting Knights came out of a timeout a scored four quick points to tie the game at 58
- Deleon scored a layup and Mocadlo stole the inbounds pass, which led to a layup by Tiffan
- Tech followed with a made basket to put Lynn down by two with 15 seconds showing on the clock
- In the final seconds, Deleon drove to her left and finished to send the game to a second overtime
- Mocadlo buried a corner three for a 63-62 Fighting Knight lead with four minutes left in double overtime
- Jean-Glaude's hook shot and Mocadlo's pullup jumper from the key made it a five-point Lynn advantage
- Wentworth blocked a shot, was fouled and made both free throws to continue Lynn's scoring run
- The Fighting Knight lead hit double digits for the win
