HOW IT HAPPENED:
- A 9-7 victory at No. 3 doubles gave the Argonauts a 2-1 edge after doubles play.
- Mehdi Laalej and Ethan Itzkovitz posted the doubles point for Lynn, winning 8-5 at No. 2.
- UWF's fifth-ranked doubles squad of Alex Peyrot and Kenny Brasil took the No. 1 match, 8-3.
- Laalej and Pavel Mojha came through for the Fighting Knights in singles, recording straight-set triumphs.
- 46th-ranked Mojha dropped 22nd-ranked Brasil at No. 2 singles, 6-3, 6-3.
- At No. 3 singles, Laalej notched his second win of the day with a 6-1, 6-2 decision over Juan Pablo Boada.
- Itzkovitz split tight sets with UWF's Sebastian Sanchez at No. 4 singles, ultimately falling in a 10-point breaker (7-5, 4-6, 7-10).
- Daniel Riggs went up against one of the nation's top-ranked singles players at No. 1 for the second time in as many days, falling to No. 11 Peyrot in straight sets.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
- Mojha improved to 6-0 on the season in singles while picking up his first win over a nationally-ranked player.
