Box Score 2 St. Petersburg, Fla. – A day after being no-hit, Lynn University's softball smacked out a combined 19 hits in a doubleheader sweep of Eckerd College on Saturday afternoon. The two victories gave head coach Amy Bellisari win no. 100 while the team's 22 victories this season are the most under Bellisari.

- Second meeting between Olexa and Nikole Van Gennep in the circle with Olexa coming away with her 11th win of the season.
- The junior southpaw tossed the first six innings of the game, allowing one run before giving way to Rachel Lightner. Unfortunately two errors and two walks forced Olexa back into the game to finish it off.
- Rios earned the first hit off Van Gennep in the second when she turned on a pitch and sent it over the fence in left field. She ended the game 3-for-3 with two runs scored and a RBI.
- Wyatt also collected three hits in a 3-for-4 performance, with two RBIs.
- Karolina Flores was 2-for-4 with a triple, run scored and RBI.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
- Lynn's 22 wins is the most since the 2010 season (24-31).
- Olexa has reached base safely in 10 consecutive games.
- Flores' triple is her fourth of the year, tying her for the Sunshine State Conference lead.
- The series victory moved the Fighting Knights into third place in the SSC.
- Leanne Wright hit .600 in six games this week.
