DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Freshman
Zach Mickler was the top finisher for the Lynn University men's cross country team as it finished in 35
th place at the 2022 Sunshine State Conference Championships, Saturday.
The Fighting Knights posted 179 points and finished 13 points of seventh place Nova Southeastern. Palm Beach Atlantic took fifth with 142 points.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Mickler was Lynn's top finisher for the second meet in-a-row as he took 35
th in 27:48.86
- Sophomore
Luke Anthony Sweatman and freshman
David Cueje Luque finished second and third for Lynn
- Sweatman took 43
rd overall in 28:15.96, while Cueje Luque was 45
th with a time of 28:23.18

- Freshman
Renzo Almeida and junior
John Ross Donnes finished back-to-back
- Almeida was 51
st in 28:36.46, while Donnes was 52
nd in 28:38.14
- Senior
Josh Skielnik was 58
th in 28:59.60
- Freshman
Robert Davidson took 62
nd in 29:13.85
- Freshman
Jack Bolan posted a 29:36.54 and captured 68
th place
