HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Fighting Knights would take an early 2-0 lead in the first quarter, with goals by Mallory Jarka and Kristyn Johnson.
- Tampa would follow that up with back-to-back goals of their own to tie the game 2-2. In the final four minutes, both teams would swap goals and go into the second quarter tied 3-3.
- The Fighting Knights would open the second quarter on fire scoring four straight goals while allowing one from Tampa. Lynn would use their dominant second quarter to take a 7-4 lead going into halftime.
- Tampa would strike back in the third quarter outscoring Lynn 5-2 to tie the game 9-9 going into the fourth quarter.
- Tampa would run away with the game in the fourth scoring six goals. Lynn could not come up with enough offense in the second half falling to Tampa 15-9.
