Box Score

LAKELAND, Fla.- Lynn University's men's basketball team fell to the Florida Southern University Moc's 94-71 in Saturday night's Sunshine State Conference match-up. The Fighting Knights moved to 7-13 on the season and 1-9 in SSC play. Fred Landers led the Fighting Knights with 21 points and five rebounds while Aaron Harrison added 16 points and seven rebounds.

The Blue and White opened the game with five points from Landers, a layup followed by a three-pointer, to give Lynn it's first, and only, lead of the game. The Moc's answered back with 10 points and maintained a steady lead over the Blue and White for the entire first half. Lynn batted to cut the deficit, coming within reaching distance when Kaleb Cylburn hit a pivotal three pointer, followed by a pair of layups by Harrison and Michael Birts with 11:48 to go. Lynn would head to locker rooms trailing by 10 points.
