HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lynn's pent-up offensive rage came out right from the opening whistle with the Blue & White logging five shots in the opening 15 minutes, along with two offsides calls.
- The match turned in the Fighting Knights' favor in the 17th minute after Cole was fouled hard inside the 18-yard box, resulting in a penalty kick. The sophomore forward buried her attempt to give Lynn the 1-0 advantage.
- The match turned physical following the goal with the two teams whistled for 11 fouls combined and the Warriors Bailey earning the first booking by the referee.
- Webber's attempt to even the match was stymied in the 49th minute as Alexa Downie made a solid save to preserve Lynn's lead. The sophomore keeper was tested once more in the 59th minute only to turn away the attempt.
- After missing on a couple of close calls earlier in the year, Amber Agrillo was able to etch her name onto the scoreboard with a goal in the 70th minute of play, giving Lynn a 2-0 lead.
- More bookings were on the horizon for both teams but Lynn kept plugging away with shot after shot against the Warriors.

- Cole has scored four of her 11 career goals against Webber. Last season she recorded a hat trick against the Warriors.
