Birmingham, Ala.– Lynn University's baseball team split its doubleheader with Miles College on Saturday, falling 4-3 before winning 17-0 in game two.

STATS OF THE GAME:

• Game One 
  • Trevor Romeo had an RBI single in the third. 
  • Luis Beltran also knocked out one hit and scored a run.
  • Both Liam O'Regan and Harrison Engstrom were 1-for-3 with a run scored.

  • Chris Mormile earned his first career victory, throwing 6.0 innings and giving up just one hit with six strikeouts. 
  • Romeo was 3-for-4 with five RBI to lead the offense.

  • O'Regan hit a two-run homer in the fifth.
