Katja Orschmann earned All-Sunshine State Conference honors as announced by the league office, Wednesday. Sankoh garnered All-SSC First Team honors for the third time in her career, while Orschmann was named to the second team.
Sankoh led the league and the Fighting Knights in both goals (12) and points (27) for the second-consecutive season. She capped her impressive career at Lynn with five goals and one assist in a win over Florida National on senior day last Friday.
The 2021 SSC Offensive Player of the Year, Sankoh finished her career with 48 goals and 10 assists for 106 points. She was also a First Team All-SSC honoree in both 2019 and 2021.
Orschmann capped her only season at Lynn by leading the conference with nine assists and finishing sixth with 13 points. She also added a pair of goals in 11 starts for the Fighting Knights.
Orschmann handed out a school record six assists last Friday in Lynn's win over Florida National to wrap-up the 2022 season.
The duo helped Lynn to second place in the SSC in points (82), goals (28) and assists (26).
