Valdosta, Georgia - In a field that featured 15 ranked teams, the 23rd-ranked Fighting Knights finished 13th behind a very strong performance from Alejandro Madariaga.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Lynn shot a 296 in the first round, but struggled in round number two with a score of 301. However, they moved up four places on the final day of action, as they shot a 291 in round three to place 13th.
• Madariaga led the way for Lynn, finishing tied for fourth in the event with a score of 213 (-3). He was one of only 13 golfers to shoot under par at the competition. His Par 3 score of -2 was tied for the best mark of anyone in the field. He finished with 10 birdies, 38 pars and a Par 4 score of even, all of which were best marks for Lynn at the tournament.
• Joseph Hudak was the second-best finisher for the Fighting Knights, tying for 52nd with a score of 225 (+9). His opening round of 70 was tied for the lowest score of any Fighting Knight with Madariaga. He totaled 34 pars and six birdies, and he shot +1 on Par 4s.
• Eloy Vigil was the third-best Fighting Knight of the event, finishing tied for 66th with a score of 228 (+12). He shot -3 for the event on Par 5s, and he hit seven birdies.
• Anthony Muttillo and Jose Ramirez tied for 72nd with scores of 229 (+13). Ramirez was tied with Vigil for the best score of any Fighting Knight on Par 5s, shooting -3 for the event. Muttillo was +2 on Par 3s, and he shot 34 pars for the tournament.
• As a team, the Fighting Knights shot -1 on Par 5s, and they totaled 34 birdies and 168 pars.
