HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Alejandro Madariaga shot a 71 (-1) to tie for sixth place in the overall standings. His three-round score was 21 (-4).
- Anthony Muttillo shot his best round of the tournament today, posting a 69 (-3). The round pushed him into a tied for 18th overall.
- Eloy Vigil shot a 70 (-2) to tied for 21st overall. He finished the event just one stroke behind Vigil.
- The final scorer for the third round was Mariano Ayora Gomez who shot his best round of the event with a 73 (+1). He would finish tied for 36th.
- Joseph Hudak would finish one stroke in front of Gomez with a three-round score of 224 (+8).
- Lynn led all teams in Par 5 scoring, shooting -21 for the tournament.
- Vigil led the way on Par 5s, shooting -7 for the event, tied for the fifth-best mark of the tournament.
- Madariaga was tied for sixth in Par 4 scoring, shooting even-par for the event.
NEXT COURSE:
The Fighting Knights will have to wait to find out if they qualify for the regional championships which will be held from Thursday, May 5 through Saturday, May 7.
