Boca Raton, Florida - Lucca Baptista, Will Kirkman and Ignacio Martinez have earned All-America status for their work on the tennis court this season. Baptista earns his recognition in singles, while Kirkman and Martinez were honored as a doubles pair. This is the first time that any of the three players have been named All-Americans.
Baptista finished the season ranked No. 16 in the nation according to ITA. He finished the regular season with a 12-2 record, as he helped lead Lynn to an SSC regular-season championship. The senior was previously named First Team All-SSC for both singles and doubles this season.
Kirkman and Martinez finished the regular season with a 14-1 record, including a 7-0 mark in the second doubles slot. Including the postseason, the duo lost just twice to finish with a combined 17-2 record. They ended the season as the second-ranked pair in Division II, finishing only behind Rodrigo Carvalho and Luca Mack from Valdosta State.
