INNISBROOK, Fla. - The Lynn men's golf team completed three rounds over two days on Monday and Tuesday, finishing the Copperhead Championship in 10th place of out 16 teams. The Fighting Knights were led by Jose Ramirez and Federico Shin, who both shot a 216 (+3) to finish tied for 16th among a field of 90 golfers.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Ramirez posted rounds of 74, 72 and 70 (+3) to finish T-16
- With his -1, 70 final round, Ramirez moved up 19 spots on the final day
- Ramirez led all Lynn golfers with 10 birdies over the three rounds
- Ramirez finished T-2 in Par 3s over the championship with an average score of 2.93
- Shin posted rounds of 73, 69 and 74 (+3) to finish T-16
- Shin's second round 69 was the lowest score of any Fighting Knight during the championship
- Shin was even (E) on Par 3s during the championship, T-6 among all players
- Ramirez and Shin also excelled at Par 4s, shooting +2 (4.07) for the championship, which was good for T-10 among all athletes
- Lukas Buller, who played as an individual, shot a 221 (75, 74, 72) for T-37 place
- Buller's 40 pars over the championship were the second most of any player in the championship
- He was under par (-1) on Par 5s over the three rounds
- Eloy Vigil shot a 225 (72, 72, 81) to finish T-59
- Vigil was +2 on Par 3s, just four strokes off the best mark on such holes during the championship
- Sebastiano Mascia finished in T-63 with a 226 (74, 71, 81)
- Mascia led all Lynn golfers on Par 5s with an average of 4.83 (-2) over the three rounds
- He posted an eagle on the par 5, 590-yard, 14th hole in round three to become the only Fighting Knight, and one of just 10 golfers overall, with an eagle in the championship
- Joseph Hudak posted rounds of 72, 80 and 77 (229) to end in T-70
- Lynn sat in 6th place after day one, shooting 291 and 284 over the first two rounds
- Round 3 saw higher scores throughout the field, as Lynn posted a 302 to finish in 10th
- Lynn finished as the top team in Par 3s (3.09) at +7, while the average for the championship was +16.5
