MIAMI, Fla. – Freshman
Paul Mosley set the Lynn University record in the 200-meter dash to highlight the Fighting Knights' efforts at the Hurricane Invitational at the University of Miami, Saturday.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Mosley captured the school record in the 200-meter dash in 21.73 as he finished in 17
th place of 28 runners
- Mosley also added 30
th in the 100-meter dash at 10.76
- Freshman
David Cueje Luque was sixth in the 800 in 1:55.64, while senior
Alex Miranda took 18
th in the 800 at 2:06.01
- Junior
Lily Koch captured the highest individual finish for the Fighting Knight women as she finished in 6
th in the 800 2:25.22
- Senior
Emma Campbell took seventh in the 800 in 2:28.14
- Sophomore
Brooke Mullins and junior
Blair Vignes opened the meet with 14
th and 16
th place respectively in the 1,500-meter run with times of 5:03.15 and 5:09.42
- In the men's 1500, freshman
Zachary Mickler finished in 13
th (4:08.70) and freshman
Robert Davidson was 15th in 4:15.69
- Junior
Collin Clark crossed the finish line just outside the top 10 in 11
th place in the 400-meter dash in 49.11, while junior
Philip Henderson was 20
th in 52.56
- The men's 4x400 relay team of Henderson, Cueje Luque, Miranda and Clark finished in ninth place in 3:26.80
