ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - Lynn men's golf took 14th place out of 20 teams at the Spring Kick-off Intercollegiate over three rounds on Monday and Tuesday. The Fighting Knights were led by senior
Eloy Vigil, who shot a +10.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Fighting Knights posted rounds of 300, 301 and 311 to finish +48 for the week
- Lynn excelled at Par 5's, finishing fifth at -6, but struggled on Par 3's, taking18th at +30
- Vigil finished T-36 at +10 (75, 73, 78)
- He was third among all players in Par 5 scoring at –7 (4.42)
- He shot +2 over a 27-hole stretch in the second round and front nine of the third round

Jose Ramirez placed T-44 with a score of +11 (74, 77, 76)
- His tournament was highlighted by back-to-back birdies on 17 and 18 to finish his first round and an eagle on the Par 5 17th in round two

Joseph Hudak (73, 79, 79) and
Sebastiano Mascia (78, 75, 78) finished tied for 58th at +15
- Hudak birdied three of his first 15 holes
- Mascia posted a 3 on the Par 5 eighth hole in the first round for an eagle
- He birdied three consecutive holes to shoot a 34 on the front nine in round two

Andres Asin placed T-89 at +29 (80, 76, 89)
- Like Mascia, Asin birdied the seventh, eighth and ninth holes in round two
