Lynn finishes in 4th at SSC Championship

BOCA RATON, Fla. - Lynn closed with a 290, +2 in its final round to tie for fourth place at the Sunshine State Conference Men's Golf Championship, Tuesday. On the final day, the Fighting Knights were led by Federico Shin, who fired a 70, -2. Joseph Hudak paced all Lynn golfers, finishing in 15th place at -3 (70, 69, 74) overall.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
 
- Hudak finished in 15th place at -3 with scores of 70, 69 and 74 
- He tied for fifth in Par 4 scoring at -3 
- Jose Ramirez (71, 69, 74) placed T-16 at –2 
- He was fifth in total pars (39) and tied for sixth in Par 5 scoring at -4 
- Eloy Vigil shot a 217, +1 (71, 72, 74) to finish in a tie for 22nd place 
- He was tied for fifth among the field in Par 3 scoring at -1 
- Shin closed strong (79, 70, 70) finish at +3, T-26 
- He was tied for third in total birdies with 14 
- Sebastian Rincon closed with an even par, 72 to place T-37 at +6 (70, 80, 72) 
- He tied for fourth among all players in Par 5 scoring in -6 
- Overall Lynn finished second among the field in Par 5s at -15
